We’ll be so excited to greet attendees at our Early Registration and Welcome Reception on Friday, October 29, 5-7 pm. This gathering will be held at West Sixth Brewery, 501 West Sixth Street, Lexington.

West Sixth Brewery is a fun, casual setting that will be perfect for attendees to meet presenters, Summit staff, and new and old friends. It will be a chance to pick up badges and swag bags and to ask any questions about the following two very busy days of the conference. At our West Sixth registration table, we will be asking for proof of vaccine OR negative Covid test within 72 hours, per our Covid protocol.

We will be in the Barrel Room, a space for private events, where you can order a West Sixth beer and order an appetizer or dinner from the menu. Please note: the Summit does not cover any expenses associated with this gathering.

The Welcome Reception is about six miles from Spy Coast Farm and should be a very easy and convenient location for all visitors, whether they are coming from the Anatomy in Clay elective at Spy Coast, from the airport, or from their lodging.
