We Care about Your Health & Safety

Over the past several weeks, many have contacted us to learn about our Covid-related policies. The Summit remains dedicated to science-based practices, not just with horses, but with our Summit family (including attendees, staff, sponsors) and public health.
Our current policy, per CDC and Kentucky guidelines and subject to change, is to require proof of Covid vaccination (taken more than two weeks prior) or negative Covid test within 72 hours. There are many facilities in Lexington offering rapid tests, including here. Those not meeting these requirements will not be admitted to the conference.
Should you choose not to follow these requirements, refunds will be made. The amount of refund will decrease as we get closer to the conference, owing to commitment to our own non-refundable expenses. At this time, mask-wearing will be recommended, not required. Presenters will not wear masks while presenting.
Our catering company will be wearing masks and we will do our best to arrange for social distance accommodations at our academic and arena presentations.
We are hopeful that Kentucky and the rest of the country will see come reprieve from Covid spread by the end of October. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns,
